1. Scope

This notice applies to alphapnexus.com and its corporate information pages, including the contact page. Portfolio products and external websites may collect information under their own privacy notices. This notice does not replace those policies.

2. Information you choose to send

The contact form asks for your name, email address, audience, inquiry topic, and message. Organization and subject are optional. The waitlist form asks for your name, email address, audience, and product interest. When submitted, this information is sent to FormSubmit, our form-delivery provider, which forwards it to Alpha Point Nexus^™ by email. FormSubmit uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. Its published FAQ says it retains submissions for 30 days. Review FormSubmit’s privacy terms, its retention and service information, and Google’s Privacy Policy.

We use inquiry details to route and respond. If you join a product waitlist, we use your email to send relevant launch and access updates. You can ask us to stop future updates or delete the details you provided through the Contact page. Email providers involved in sending and receiving messages may process them under their own terms and privacy practices.

3. Website operations and fonts

Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested page, and request time. The hosting provider handles this infrastructure information under its own practices.

This website uses standard fonts available on your device and does not request font files from an external font provider.

We do not currently add advertising pixels or analytics scripts to this corporate website. This may change; if it does, we will update this notice.

4. How we use and share information

We use contact and waitlist details to respond to inquiries, send requested launch updates, and continue relevant business conversations. We do not sell this information. We may share it with providers that help us operate the website or handle email, or when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.

The Nexus Passport shared account and cross-product learner record described on this site are a product concept in development. This corporate website does not create a Nexus Passport account or collect a cross-product learning history. Any future account or learning products will provide product-specific privacy information before those features are used.

5. Retention and security

We keep inquiry messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the relationship, and then delete or archive them according to our business and legal needs. Email is not a suitable channel for passwords, payment information, authentication codes, confidential student records, or other sensitive data; please do not include these in a message.

6. Children and student information

The waitlist and contact pages are intended for adults and learners who can provide their own contact information. A parent or guardian should sign up on behalf of a child. Do not submit confidential school records or sensitive information about a child or student. Learning products operate separately and provide their own privacy information and controls.

7. Your choices and requests

You decide whether to send us an inquiry. If you have a question or want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent us, send a request through our Contact page. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
